Deposit

If you would like to proceed with the booking, we require you to complete the form below together with a deposit for 50% of the agreed price. Confirmation by us for receipt of the deposit and signed form will confirm the booking and the date.  

Changes to requirements within three weeks of event date

Numbers cannot be reduced once the booking has been confirmed. If you wish to increase the final numbers please give two weeks notice before your event date by completing the below final booking form

The remaining balance on the invoice

The remaining balance (minus your 50%) is required 3 weeks prior to your booking date with submission of this form
